can rats be hyper active? or have over active thyroid because my ratty is seriously loopy, never ever stops running and rolling and dropping she has no grip or sense of balance..things are not looking good.. i am baffled!

I have said this before, please join http://www.fancy-rats.co.uk/community/index.php They have more knowledge than some of us here, they are more local to you, and very likely know of a vet close to your area that knows what they are doing and do it cheaply.
